A leading automotive company based near Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a talented Plant Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Plant Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the plant's financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Analyze and interpret financial information to support decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cost-saving initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
