Qualifications

• Requires State of Michigan Plumbers license
• EPA Section 608 certified
• Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the team and the client
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• General office maintenance - hang pictures, install keyboard trays, and repair office furniture systems
• Plumbing repairs and fabrication
• Recovery and decommission of HVAC equipment (including, drinking fountains, refrigerators, ice machine)
• Maintain Refrigerant log and report out to Environmental team
• Complete special tasks that include painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, special cleaning, and general maintenance as assigned
• Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested
• Assists other operational staff members in repair and maintenance of building equipment
• Complies with policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials
• Attends safety training and complies with safety policies
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Maintains records for work completed in a neat and organized manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complete Maximo PM work sheets
• Perform Maximo Data entry

• The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock (high voltage); and vibration
