JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, this role involves basic assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and ensuring quality control for prototypes in motorsports, defense, and mobility applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Assemble basic components and subassemblies according to assembly drawings and instructions.

Use hand tools and basic machinery for assembly tasks.

Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.

Perform simple quality control checks.

Document work according to company guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
0-2 years of experience in manual assembly.

High School diploma or GED required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Basic mechanical aptitude.
-
Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

Attention to detail and quality standards.
-
Ability to use hand tools effectively.
-
Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Follow instructions and works well under supervision.
