Position Type: Locum Tenens (also open to Locum-to-Perm and Permanent)

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Open / Ongoing
Position Details:
Patient Population: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric
Setting: Neurology Clinic
Responsibilities: Office/clinic visits ( patients/day), radiologic exam interpretation, EMG, Botox administration
Required Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 RN Navigator, 4 Medical Assistants, 3 Customer Service Representatives
Days Per Month: Monday to Friday, no weekends
On-Call/Weekends: None
Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurology Required
BLS Certification Required
Michigan Medical License Highly preferred (to expedite credentialing)
Clean Background Highly preferred
