Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are consistently met.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop assembly personnel on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment according to 5S principles.
• Report on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including training, performance management, and motivation.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production issues and improve efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for team direction and cross-departmental collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience developing and implementing cross-training programs
