- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Why Mission?
- We’re a West Michigan team of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers who care about our craft and each other.

If you’re excited about this role, but don't check every box – apply anyway. We understand that you might bring strengths and perspectives we haven’t thought of yet. We’re more interested in the right mindset than a perfect resume—so if you’re curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work, we’d love to hear from you.
