Mon-Fri Schedule

• Make outbound calls, answer live transfers and call-ins and respond to inbound inquiries from high-intent prospects
• Build rapport, uncover client needs, and close business with confidence
• Develop a strong personal referral network through relationship-building
• Identifying coverage gaps and recommending smart solutions especially life insurance
• Managing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently
• Documenting all client interactions in our CRM and following up consistently
• Earning Google reviews and client referrals by delivering standout service
• Collaborating with the sales and service team to meet personal and agency goals
• Being the face of the agency clients talk to you, trust you, and count on you. You're not just a representative; you are the agency in the eyes of your community.

• You've had success in sales (insurance, financial services, real estate, phone service etc.) and want to level up
• You're coachable, competitive, and hungry for real earning potential
• Bring energy and positivity , even on tough days
• Are a natural at r eading people, solving problems, and pivoting into smart sales conversations
• Have your P&C and Life licenses + experience or you're a future rock star well gladly train and license if the fit is right
• Preferably with Farmers insurance experience.
