About the Role:
As a CBRE Data Sr. Analyst, you will perform a variety of analyses to ensure that recommendations and business conclusions are backed by sound data findings and thorough data research.
This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You'll Do:

Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using various business intelligence and reporting applications.

Perform ad-hoc, strategic review of structured and unstructured data, reflecting global real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets.

Statistics, product outcomes, large data, Real Estate outcomes.

Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights and address reporting needs.

Define complex data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.

Use programming and evaluation tools, including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights.

Identify opportunities to maximize data usage. Apply modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.

Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources.

Exhibit rigor, judgment, and ability to present a highly detailed 'data story' to many levels of the organization.

Confirm the quality and integrity of new and existing data sources.

Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.

Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

Have a broad knowledge of one's own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-7 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS)

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to understand possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Data Analyst position is $73,500.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Data Analyst position is $110,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
