Contract - Administrative Support

AVL North America Corporate Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HR Administrative Contractor to support a series of high-impact HR data and documentation initiatives. This is a project-based, part-time role designed to improve HR systems, strengthen data integrity, and streamline administrative processes. The position will be fully onsite in Plymouth, Michigan, working 8-hour days Tuesday through Thursday each week. If you enjoy organizing data, improving systems, and working on meaningful HR projects, this is a great opportunity to make a visible impact. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Employer will not sponsor an applicant for a work visa for this position. Responsibilities:

- Policy Review & Updates
- General Administrative Support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with HR systems/data (SAP experience a plus)
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
