Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking motivated Production Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Harrison Township. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, career growth, and the chance to join a team that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

Pay: $17.25 per hour

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Production needs may require overtime, including shifts up to 12 hours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in daily team meetings and production start-ups

• Assemble automotive components according to quality standards

• Follow work instructions and production procedures

• Inspect parts and identify quality concerns

• Communicate production issues to supervisors and team leads

• Move materials and components throughout the production area

• Use hand tools, power tools, rivets, clips, adhesives, and assembly equipment

• Load and unload production machinery

• Apply labels, trim materials, and gaskets accurately

• Package finished products for shipment

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team player with good communication skills

• Flexible to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequently lift up to 40 pounds

• Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching

• Use hands continuously for assembly and inspection tasks

• Work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
