Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage facility budgets, control expenditures, and drive overall profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all production departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the plant.
• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control for optimal material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing environment, including full P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitable growth.
• Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, capable of translating vision into actionable results.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and motivating high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chain.
• PMP certification or extensive experience managing large-scale capital projects.
