The Back Office Manager is the clinical leader at the office level and will primarily be responsible for supporting all back-office personnel. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community!

EXPERIENCE: must have 2+ years dental assistant experience or 2+ years management in a dental practice

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY

PAY: Starting at $25.00

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Guide patients through the before and after treatment process
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Assist with training and development of back-office staff
• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
