Vice President Global Marketing
- Shape and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Define compelling brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across product lines and markets.
- Partner with senior leadership to influence business unit growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a global marketing organization across product marketing, digital, communications, and regional teams.
- Advance digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration that inspires high performance.
- Transform market research and customer insights into actionable strategies that guide product and go-to-market decisions.
- Champion voice-of-customer programs to fuel innovation and drive adoption.
- Track competitive trends and market shifts to proactively adjust strategies.
- Direct global demand generation campaigns and pipeline development in close partnership with Sales.
- Deliver integrated marketing plans across digital, social, events, and channels to accelerate growth.
- Drive ROI through metrics-based decision-making and performance optimization.
- Strengthen global brand presence through powerful storytelling and consistent messaging.
- Lead internal and external communications, executive thought leadership, and media relations.
- Ensure a unified brand identity across all geographies and channels.
- Advance Branson's Digital Marketing Strategy across all markets worldwide.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience leading product marketing for a business unit or company
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with global responsibilities in a B2B or industrial/manufacturing environment
- A record of success building and executing strategies that drive measurable growth in revenue and market share
- Expertise in brand management, product marketing, and demand generation
- Deep knowledge of global markets, technical requirements, customer segmentation, and regional marketing dynamics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at every level
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and achieving ROI
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided
