Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO standards.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive problem resolution.
• Manage internal and external audit programs, including supplier audits and customer visits.
• Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Establish and report on key quality metrics, performance indicators, and quality objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance and control team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and management.
• Background in integrating quality systems with ERP/MES platforms.
