We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, accounting, logistics and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Use QuickBooks Online to setup customers, vendors, create invoices, estimates send purchase orders, create accounts payable reports, and send statements
  • Setup shipments to pick up drums / totes from suppliers to send to our warehouse
  • Create Labels and Lot #'s
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Correspond with customers on open orders
  • Maintain a database of C of A's, SDS's and Regulatory Documents on our CRM
  • Keep track of open purchase orders with releases
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
