World-class Automotive supplier in the Metro Detroit, MI area is looking for a Team Leader to join their production team.
Responsibilities:- Follow all safety requirements
- Assists and answers questions from other team members in the manufacturing process
- Demonstrates leadership skills and effectively trains others team members as directed
- Responsible to ensure team members are following instructions and safety rules
- Models good teamwork, safety and manufacturing
- Follow and support company IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures and work instructions
- Performs assembly on parts on the assembly line for light industrial manufacturing
- Ensure each line has the correct material loaded on time for production
Qualifications:
- Good Attendance
- Attention to detail and committed to excellence with zero defects
- Productivity – Working at a fast pace meeting productivity goals and standards
- Teamwork - Works well with others and follows instructions
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Ability to train/supervise others effectively
- Demonstrated strong capability of knowledge and performance on manufacturing processes
