Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plant budgets and financial forecasts.

• Conduct detailed variance analysis for production activities and overheads.
• Evaluate capital expenditure projects, including ROI and payback period.
• Support inventory valuation, analysis, and obsolescence reporting.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including variance analysis and standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of cost accounting principles and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/CO, Oracle Manufacturing).
