Route Service Manager

This role blends delivery driving, customer service, inventory management, and building strong relationships with local dealers and customers. salary: $41,600 - $49,920 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver batteries safely and on time
• Load/unload products and manage inventory
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Manage dealer accounts, invoicing, warranties, and collections
• Keep displays stocked, clean, and organized
• Complete route paperwork and transactions accurately
• Collect and return used batteries to the warehouse

Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 1+ year delivery and customer service experience preferred
✔ strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
✔ Must maintain DOT medical card
✔ Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a physical environment
✔ Comfortable using tablets/scanners and inventory systems
