We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs for our smart electric vehicle (EV) platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge engineering expertise and instructional excellence, ensuring technicians, engineers, and service teams are proficient in EV systems, software, diagnostics, and safety standards.

This role plays a critical part in supporting product launches, service readiness, and continuous technical upskilling across our global organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
• Build and improve training policy according to guidelines from HQ

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years experience in Aftersales training in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge with (EV’s) and the ability to understand complex systems and processes is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Another European language is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
