Enterprise Architect
The POWER of a CAREER!
At Northpointe Bank, we believe your career should empower you — to grow, contribute, and find purpose. We’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of our technology platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership while partnering closely with engineering teams and executive leadership to build scalable, secure, cloud-forward solutions.
What You'll Do:
As Enterprise Architect, you'll serve as the technical architecture leader for Northpointe Bank's application portfolio, partnering with executive leadership and software engineering teams to define the future of our technology ecosystem. In this role, you will:
- Define and maintain the enterprise application architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Establish technology standards, architectural patterns, and governance that promote secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and information security teams to ensure new solutions align with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives, providing guidance on solution design, integrations, vendor technologies, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Drive modernization efforts across the application portfolio while balancing technical innovation with operational stability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies—including AI capabilities—and recommend practical solutions that create measurable business value.
- Mentor software engineers and technical leaders, fostering architectural consistency and engineering excellence across development teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO, helping shape the Bank's long-term technology strategy and investment decisions.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of enterprise, solution, or application architecture experience.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and modern API development.
- Experience designing architecture across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application integration, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Experience in banking, mortgage, or another highly regulated industry.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
- Passion for mentoring technical teams and establishing architectural standards that scale.
Why Join Northpointe?
Join a collaborative, technology-driven environment where you'll help shape the future of our enterprise architecture and technology strategy. You'll work alongside talented teams, influence key technology decisions, and make a lasting impact across the organization.
