Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and schedules are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proven ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher.
• Proficiency with ERP or MES systems beyond basic user functions.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to support a diverse workforce.
• Experience leading process improvement or new product introduction projects.
