ASI is growing stronger than ever in this 2023 season and we are looking to hire an experienced Asphalt Screed Operators to be part of the best team. The screed operator has the control on the free-floating screed which is attached to the paver vehicle to control the quantity and consistency of asphalt that is deposited; estimating overall quantity for the project as well as the quantity needed to achieve the correct grade in the finished surface.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a screed operator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Work with Paver Operator to maintain consistent head of material and adjust as needed.
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
