Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams to maximize customer value and minimize waste.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to ensure seamless value stream flow.
• Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for operational issues within the value stream.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines associated with value stream operations and improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower team members to contribute to process enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• - Proven ability to implement and manage change within a manufacturing environment
• - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
• - Experience with ERP/MES system implementation or optimization
