Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including complex product configurations and specifications.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping, and technical details, collaborating with production and engineering.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, and delivery discrepancies, coordinating with quality control and logistics.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufactured products, their applications, and production timelines.
• Act as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments such as production, sales, and shipping.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and lead times for standard and custom manufacturing orders.
• Document all customer interactions and order details in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management and tracking.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate product specifications or technical information.
