Engagement Description:

• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the system development and release management processes.
• Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.
• Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
• Monitor all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.
• Facilitate project meetings.
• Communicate project status to project team and stakeholders.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in leading and driving complex projects across multiple teams.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working on cybersecurity projects and familiarity with cybersecurity technology and jargon.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Strong ability to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, PlanView, JIRA, etc.
• Strong familiarity with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively drive technical and business discussions
• Solid focus on execution of projects.
• Effective management of issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Distributed application development experience.
• System analysis experience preferred.

Education/Certifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science (or related) preferred.
• Project Management Institute's Project Management
