Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Solid understanding of operational budgeting, cost control, and financial performance metrics.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
