Maintenance Tech/ Mandarin Speaking (Novi)

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Novi. This role is critical to ensuring our production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you have hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and are fluent in Mandarin and English , we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions with production teams
• Support automated machinery, robotics (FANUC), and PLC-controlled equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot sensors, motors, VFDs, and control systems
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

What You Bring

• Bilingual in Mandarin & English (required)
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)
• Experience with FANUC robotics (required)
• Familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation (maintenance-level)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.)
• Willingness to obtain equipment certifications (Hi-Lo, lift, crane)

Nice to Have:

• Injection molding or tooling experience
• Background in robotics, electrical, or automation maintenance

Compensation (Mandarin Premium Included)

We offer competitive pay based on experience:

• Entry (0–2 years): $24–$31/hr ($50,000–$64,000/year)
• Experienced (3–7 years): $29–$41/hr ($60,000–$85,000/year)
• Senior (7+ years): $39–$53/hr ($81,000–$110,000/year)
