Michigan Top Producers is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join us as an Assistant Recruiter / Appointment Setter. In this role, you'll help us connect with top talent, set up key recruitment appointments, and play a vital part in expanding our powerhouse team.

Based on experience, $30,000 base salary + commissions.

8:30-5 PM M-F

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program

This position is telephone-heavy - the recruiter will spend most of their day on the phone talking with potential recruits. This job is in-person and will be in our office in Portage, Monday through Friday.

• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Great at time management and organization
• Verbal and written communication skills are a must

We'd love for candidates to be coachable, organized, and self-motivated. Previous recruiting, telephone solicitation, or telemarketing experience is recommended. This role will involve conversations by phone, text, and email with potential recruits.
