Maintenance Manager - Lansing Area
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance budget planning, cost control, and procurement of spare parts and services.
- Ensure the optimal operational reliability and availability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and environmental regulations for all maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with production management to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance scheduling.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or complex PLC systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
