Operations Manager
- Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental departments.
- Implement, monitor, and refine processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service and Parts Managers to ensure alignment with company goals and performance metrics.
- Lead and support staff development, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
- Manage operational KPIs including technician efficiency, parts turns, rental utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer service.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operations or branch management experience in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and process management skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of service department workflows, parts inventory control, and rental operations.
- Proficiency with business systems (ERP, CRM, or dealership management software preferred).
- Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will talk/hear; Frequently will stand, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms; Occasionally will walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
