Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and relevant safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
