Agile Product Owner Advisor
The role for Product Owner Advisor (Digital Client Engagement) involves a broad set of responsibilities, with a focus on supporting Cigna's key clients (with a focus and alignment to the JPMorgan Chase account), in all aspects of our Digital technologies, solutions, and endeavors.
Product Owners are responsible for all client customizations which involve strategy, analysis, execution and maintenance for each project that involves digital redesign. Responsibilities also vary from assisting Sales with an understanding of our capabilities, to creating a digital strategy that aligns with the client’s roadmap. Must be fully proficient with giving client presentations, including website demos.
Working with Digital Product Owners and IT partners is also an essential part of the role - conveying business priorities and aligning IT efforts with key business objectives, via Agile methodology. There’s also partnership required with other matrix partners within Cigna: Product, Customer Experience, and other Cigna leads.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate and maintain production relations with Sales account managers, along with Digital and IT teams to translate requirements, provide business/customer perspective, and promote efficiency for the implementation of required enhancements.
Communicate and present externally on client calls with Sales.
Own the process and creation for customer website promotions (via myCigna “feed cards”), as requested by the client.
Create and lead website presentations for Sales and clients and create account management reports (via analytics) for Senior Management as required.
Serve as lead for all security initiatives that impact our clients (i.e. seamless connections, identity management, Multi Factor Authentication, etc.).
Devise new innovative solutions utilizing design expertise of custom website technologies for National Account customers that fall outside current capabilities. Present these new developments to key client decision makers.
Represent our Digital team with project work, and serve as a sponsor for Digital efforts that branch out into other areas of Cigna. Be the “voice of the customer” while preserving the Digital strategies and Cigna Design Standards.
Support website release activities (some of which occur during “off-hours”) to ensure website quality and timely delivery.
What you need to do the job:
• Bachelor or Master level degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in account management and sales support (2+ years)
• Proficiency and experience with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Wrike)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Possess strong communication skills for multi-level personnel.
• Organizational, process improvement and analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills
