Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower costs.
• Support new product introductions by defining manufacturing requirements and processes.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong command of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture and tooling design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with process automation, robotics, or PLC programming.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic programming and automation systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration.
