Full-Time: Work 5 days per week or three 12-hour shifts, including a rotating weekend
Part-Time: Flexible schedule options available

Full-Time CNA Incentives

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for certified CNAs
• If you are not currently certified, we will pay for your CNA classes and certification
• Immediate health insurance coverage
• 401(k) with company match
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile
• Shift differentials for weekend, early morning, and evening shifts

• Must already hold a current CNA certification

About PACE North

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes throughout our 7-county service area.

What You'll Do

As part of our home care team, you will:

• Assist participants with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping
• Take vital signs and document participant care
• Provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
