- Play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients with hematologic malignancies, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct and participate in clinical research, contributing to the advancement of malignant hematology.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging therapies and clinical trial opportunities for patients.
- Educate and mentor medical students, residents
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
- Participate in tumor board meetings and provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers.
