Schedule:

Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

  1. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | 67 hours per two-week pay period
  2. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | 15 hours per two-week pay period

Education Required:

  1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Ohio
  2. Current CPR certification
  3. Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administration

  1. Minimum of one year of nursing experience in senior care

The Difference You’ll Make

  1. Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents in accordance with individualized service plans and physician orders
  2. Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
  3. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
  4. Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
  5. Provide guidance and oversight to non-certified nurse aides to support safe and compassionate care delivery
  6. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life within the assisted living environment
  7. Ensure compliance with clinical policies and applicable state and federal regulations
  8. Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented approach with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Education Required:

  1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Ohio
  2. Current CPR certification
  3. Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administration

Experience Required:

  1. Minimum of one year of nursing experience in senior care

Preferred:

  1. Experience in an Assisted Living setting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Working knowledge of Ohio state rules and assisted living regulations
  2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  3. Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with care team members
  4. Reliable attendance and professional work standards
  5. Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings
  6. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
