Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with early elementary students, is a plus
• Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and intervention techniques for K-3 ages
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students in kindergarten through 3rd grade
• Provide engaging, evidence-based direct speech and language services
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
• Partner closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights on student needs and strategies
