Logistics and Production Supervisor (2nd)

We are looking for a decisive, hands-on 2nd Shift Leader to anchor our 3PL site in support of a world-class Tier 1 Automotive supplier.

The Evening Mission:

• The Helm: You are the go-to authority on the floor, managing 10+ associates to ensure peak performance and safety.

• The Intersection: Seamlessly manage the hand-off from 1st shift, ensuring production quotas and 3PL shipping windows never miss a beat.

• The Evolution: Don't just watch the clock; watch the process. We value leaders who bring "Lean" thinking to the floor to maximize time and effort.

• The System: Use SAP to maintain real-time visibility and keep our global client in the loop.

salary: $65,000 - $82,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operational activities
• Support all functions of SAP & ERP processing
• Analyze inventory, ensure all inventory is processed in and out of the system accurately and efficiently, and lead cycle counts
• Ensure all the work orders entered into the system accurately
• Confirm and verify product specification, artwork, and production/ repack schedule
• Work with customer to monitor inventory and release requirement
• Monitor product quality control according to specification
• Coordinate international and domestic freights as needed
