Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support manufacturing goals and projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing maintenance teams, including scheduling, performance, and safety.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced experience with specific PLC programming or industrial automation systems
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Practitioner certification
