Highlights:

• Competitive pay: we offer a hybrid compensation model that allows for opportunities for higher earnings based on experience and efficiency. Total compensation ranges from $45-$55+. Experience, skill level and the ability to work efficiently within our practice’s workflows can significantly increase earning potential.
• All hygienists start with a minimum of 2 weeks of paid time off, with the opportunity for additional PTO based on prior experience.
