Responsibilities: • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Qualifications: • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Real estate license required • Great communication About Company: As a top-selling team, we operate with a clear set of core values that drive both our culture and our results.
