General Labor / Shop Helper Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Pay: $20/hr Location: Walker, MI Hardworking and adaptable shop helper with experience supporting manufacturing and production operations. Skilled in assisting machinists, fabricators, and technicians with daily tasks to maintain workflow, safety, and efficiency. Assisted with general shop duties including cleaning, organizing, and preparing work areas. Supported machinists and technicians by staging materials, tools, and equipment. Loaded and unloaded materials, parts, and finished products for production use. Performed basic assembly, deburring, and finishing tasks under supervision. Operated hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely. Monitored inventory levels and restocked supplies as needed. Followed company safety policies and maintained a clean, organized shop environment. Provided flexible support across departments to ensure smooth operations.
