Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations, and administer company HR policies.
• Administer employee benefits, leave of absence programs (e.g., FMLA), and support workers' compensation claims.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, and coordinate mandatory safety and compliance training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and OSHA compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and operational roles.
• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting a unionized workforce.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes in an industrial setting.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
