**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
+ Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter potential risks within the location.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities according to site protocols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
+ Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols as required by the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
