Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Assist with the installation, relocation, and setup of new manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Vocational training or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Certified in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication skills.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
• Basic machining skills (lathe, mill).
