PROJECT COORDINATOR / SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Overall responsibility for maintaining and documenting the Engineering Projects-related documentation and progress reports
· Work closely with Management and the Engineering team, obtaining project documentation and timelines affecting current and Future project status
· Review, evaluate, update, and maintain project(s) timelines and milestones, as well as any other project-related critical information using MS Project/Excel
· Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data is accurate
· Keep Track of Manpower allocation and availability
· Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various levels of leadership
· Prepare and present various project related data & schedules using MS Power Point & MS Project
· Maintain Project Relevant documentation and material
· Manage/Create Purchase Orders

REQUIRED SKILLS
· Min 5 years Supporting project management of Large Manufacturing or IT equipment installation projects
· Min 5 years Scheduling and documenting Project information using MS Project and Excel
· Create Presentations using MS PowerPoint
· Must work on-site at Warren Tech Center a minimum of three times per week (TU-WEd-THUR)
· General knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing Automation or Manufacturing IT Systems and technology is highly desired
· Must be Proficient in Microsoft Project
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint / Microsoft Excel
· Ability to communicate and present effectively to various levels of leadership and management
· Bachelor’s degree is highly desired
