- Deliver direct nursing care to ER patients using the nursing process
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs; develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and interventions; monitor responses and adjust care as needed
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and the health care team to ensure patient-centered care
- Document accurately; maintain patient safety, infection control, and discharge planning Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan
- 3+ years of ER nursing experience
- TNCC or ENPC certification required
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a high-acuity ER environment
- Education: nursing degree from an approved program and eligibility for Michigan licensure Benefits and Support
