Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 5:45 AM–4:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting production operations through light assembly, material handling, packaging, and other general production tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Production: Perform light assembly, material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks.
• Material Preparation: Prepare and organize materials to support efficient production operations.
• Quality Support: Assist with quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Production Assistance: Support multiple departments as production needs change.
• Maintaining Work Areas: Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures.
• Meeting Production Goals: Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

In addition, you will assist with other production duties as assigned to help maintain workflow and support daily manufacturing operations.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to maintain production pace while following safety procedures.
