Position : Community-Based Therapist (Recovery Management)

Location: Muskegon, MI

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $53,000

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Seeking an energetic person to provide quality home/community based treatment for the Recovery Management program serving men and women with substance use disorders that have impacted their functioning. Individuals served are in need of assistance with environmental, social, and often times significant mental health issues. The therapist is responsible for coordination of the team which consists of a case manager and recovery coach. This position allows for a flexible schedule with no weekends and/or on-call responsibilities.

Clinical tasks include conducting psychosocial assessments, diagnosing based on DSM 5, individual treatment plans, individual therapy, coordination of care and referrals to community resources, and screening for higher levels of care. Successful candidates will be a team player, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have an understanding of addictions including current treatment protocols.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree and state license (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required

• Current CAADC / CAADC development plan or CAADC development plan eligible

• Prior experience in Community Based roles preferred

• Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance

• 8 hour shift
