Quality, safety, and standards of care The CMO partners closely with the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive of Integrated Health Services to develop, implement, and continually refine a strategic business plan for psychiatric and integrated healthcare services.
Approximately 30% of the role remains clinically active, providing direct patient care, while the remainder focuses on leadership, oversight, and system-level improvement initiatives. What We?re Looking For MD or DO with Board Certification and active licensure
5+ years of psychiatry experience with 3+ years in leadership
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive organizational change
Passion for integrated care and community impact
